Happy Sparkler

Ingredients:

• 2 oz vodka
• 1 oz blue curacao
• 4 oz sparkling water
• 1 lemon wedge
• Ice cubes

Instructions:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Pour in the vodka and blue curacao.
3. Shake well for about 15 seconds.
4. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
5. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
6. Add the sparkling water and stir gently.
7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon wedge into the drink.
8. Garnish with a lemon slice if desired.
